Vane Pack Mist Eliminator

The chevron plate mist eliminator, also known as vane pack demister, is an important member of the mist eliminating product family. It can be made of various materials, such as stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, PP, PVC, FRP, etc. Our factory produces and supplies various metal material chevron plate demisters.

I personally really like this product. It has a wide range of applications. It has strong corrosion resistance and anti clogging ability, and compared to wire mesh demister, it can adapt to more harsh working conditions. It has simple structure, and can be installed conveniently at site. There is almost no need for special maintenance during service. It is designed to provide a long period of service. I have even seen thirty years’ design lifespan from some drawing. Its profile is variable, and the metal plate can be almost customized into any shape, any angle. This is important because different devices, and even different users of the same type of device, often face personalized operating conditions.

Our factory has the advantage of customizing chevron plates. We have advanced laser cutting machines that can cut metal raw materials into the desired shape and size. We have a CNC bending machine that can process plates with a maximum length of 4 meters and fold them into the designed angle. A finished plate often requires multiple bending processes. No problem! We have skilled workers to complete this job. We also have CNC punching machines, various welding machines, etc., which are used to complete detailed processing and plate assembly. Although we cannot independently design and verify new products of vane pack mist eliminator, we can make drawings based on your creativity and description for your review and then turn it into physical product.

No prolem at all for conventional types, like C profile, S profile, etc.. We have molding press machines for such types, which have fast production speed and large capacity. For orders with materials such as 304 and 316L, and plate thicknesses of 0.8mm and 1mm, we can produce and ship them quickly. The price is also very competitive.
