Our Company
Hebei Wojun Chemical Packing Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2017, with investment from Anping County Hualai Metal Wire Mesh Co., Ltd. (Verified Factory Supplier on Alibaba). Our boss, Mr. Wang and his family hold 100% equity in both companies. Hualai and Wojun Factories are located in China's wire mesh manufacturing and developing center - Anping, Hebei.
Knit Mesh
Anping Hualai started to produce knitted wire mesh since 2008. We are well-versed in manufacturing various types of gas-liquid filter mesh in different materials. Examples include single wire knitted mesh, double wire, 3-strand, 4-strand, 6-strand and even 12-strand wire mesh (a special wire mesh also known as Goodloe packing). Materials available include metals (201, 2205, 2507, 304, 316, 317L, 321, 410S, 904L, Alloy 20, Copper, Monel, Nickel, TA2 and other alloys), plastics (Polypropylene, PTFE, etc.), as well as composite mesh co-knitted from metal and plastic/glass fiber.
Mesh Pad Demister
Wojun factory (VALOR WIRE MESH) is now listed among the leading suppliers in the mesh mist eliminator market. We are familiar with popular mesh types like 431, 421, 931, 9030, 9033, H-style, N-style, SL-style, R-style, etc. More and more international customers use our mesh pad demister in various applications.
Vane Pack Demister
Chevron / vane plate mist eliminator , C/S/W profiles, framed & frameless design for gas-liquid separation. Hooks are optional for high efficiency needs.
Structured Packing
Corrugated metal sheet structured packing, like 250Y, 350Y, 500Y, high capacity type 252Y, etc. and wire gauze structured packing, like BX500, CY700, are mostly used in industry.
Random Packing
Metal pall ring, intalox saddle, raschig ring and other random tower packing in full material grades.
Tower Internals
Liquid distributors, collectors, support grids, bed limiters and customized column internal components.
